Programme Description
Every Muslim should study this programme! We all need to know the essentials of our faith.
This exciting new 2-year programme covers key, essential subjects in Islamic Studies at foundation level. The programme provides students with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Islam. The programme will equip students to meet the challenges of modern-day life as a Muslim without comprising our religion.
All lessons except Tajweed will be delivered by a male teacher. Tajweed will be taught by gender specific teachers i.e. sisters will be taught by a female teacher, brothers will be taught by a male teacher.
Lessons are delivered by highly qualified and experienced teachers, who have expert subject knowledge.

Qur’an
- Access to Arabic and Tajweed
- Tajweed Level 1
- Tafsir of Qur’an
Arabic
- Arabic Level 1
Aqidah & Fiqh
- Aqidah
- Purification & Prayer
- Lawful & Unlawful
- Fasting & Charity
- Pilgrimage
Islamic History
- Seerah of the Prophet (PBUH)
- Stories of the Prophets
Hadith
- Hadith
Assessment
Students will be assessed with exams at the end of each academic year
- Paper 1 – Arabic
- Paper 2 – Tajweed
Programme Delivery
The programme will be delivered online using Zoom.

Course Resources
All students will receive the relevant programme details and materials 5 days before the programme starts. This will include:
- Zoom meeting details (for online courses)
- Pdf versions of the course materials/notes by email
- Link to Google Drive to access courses notes and recordings (if applicable)
- Link to Google Classroom to interact with teachers, receive additional course material and information (if applicable).
- Link to Telegram group to interact with teachers, receive additional support (if applicable).
Please note:
- Printed copies of your course materials are available to collect from the college office on request.
- If you would like a printed copy to be posted to your address, you will need to place an order via our website https://ebrahimcollege.org.uk/product/course-material/. Once purchased, course materials will be dispatched to you 5 days before your course starts.
